The ocean view from my room was amazing, allowing me to enjoy the shimmering waters every morning. Especially Gabriel, were attentive and provided really good service.

Noise from beach club.

As for me location is amazing, just off the restaurants as well as countless bars and restaurants at the most beautiful beach. Plus, it is set 3 km from Ziggys.

Had an amazing stay for a relaxed vacation, glad I've chosen it. Extraordinarily friendly staff, who gave me awesome suggestions. I stayed at the double room with sea view. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a seating area were a very nice touch. Had beachfront location to the ocean.

The ocean view from the balcony was stunning. The staff members, especially Gabriel and Victor, went above and beyond, helping with everything from planning activities to providing excellent service during meals. The room was very clean and comfortable, which really added to our relaxation vibe. Being right in the middle of Tulum meant we could easily explore local restaurants, and the beach access was fantastic. It was an idyllic stay for a group getaway.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a lovely area, so close to the beach, countless bars and restaurants, and beach clubs night clubs. The room was reasonably large and stunning and offered a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The food was outstanding with lots of options😀😃😃

The ocean views were amazing. The staff, especially Gabriel and Victor, provided really good service and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment. The seamless assistance with planning excursions and the cleanliness of the rooms added to the comfort. The location was also advantageous, providing easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance perfect for unwinding after a business symposium.

The music from the neighboring beach club can be quite loud at night.

Great location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sunrise Beach. The staff - really awesome and lovely. Outstanding food.

Staying at this place was dope for our family with 5 teens & 2 little ones! The activities available, like diving and exploring the fine beach, kept everyone entertained. The staff were fantastic, especially Gabriel and Vincent.

My kids wished for earlier breakfast service and later bar hours.

Just spent a couple of nights here and loved it! The beach access was super private, totally made my days. The breakfast was on point, especially the smoothies. Only issue was the bar closed a bit early for my taste, but I totally enjoyed the chill vibes overall.

Our six-night visit highlighted the spacious rooms that beautifully matched the beach ambiance with palm tree views. The beach chairs provided comfort under the sun and shade, while the cozy restaurant offered delicious breakfasts, particularly the fresh pastries. The neighboring beach club could be noisy until late, especially on weekends, and guests should be mindful of that. The hotel's charm and staff friendliness, especially during quieter weekdays.

The staff, particularly Gabriel, were warm and helpful, ensuring that my every need was met. The room had a lovely sea view, and dining on the terrace with its fine ocean backdrop during breakfast was a special experience.

Just a perfect match for a swift stopover in Tulum with very nice value for money. The ocean views from the balcony were fine, making mornings really nice. Bring earplugs to handle the noise next door.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the lovely breakfast and access to beach loungers. The massage options were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was the neighboring beach club's music, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. just bring some earplugs! 🌴
